Description:

Oracle is hiring a Business Process Analyst to join its Oracle Analytics team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with strong skills in SQL, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Python, who can analyze data, annotate natural and structured datasets, and help enable next-generation AI-powered analytics solutions.

The analyst will work closely with science and product teams, contributing to the development of AI-driven business solutions across ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM domains. This role requires attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage data processes end-to-end while collaborating effectively with customers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to gather and refine data requirements
  • Develop and improve annotation guidelines and quality control mechanisms
  • Deliver annotated datasets aligned with predefined timelines and quality goals
  • Assist in testing and evaluating AI-powered analytics features before deployment
  • Partner with customers to enhance usability and applicability of analytics and AI products

Key Technical Skills:

SQL, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence, Python, Data Analysis, Data Annotation, Data Visualization, Jira, Machine Learning concepts (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, Linguistics, or related fields
  • 3–5+ years of experience in data operations, data annotation, or business analytics
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL, Oracle Analytics tools, and dashboards
  • Ability to design, annotate, and manage data quality control processes
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with Python and analytics-driven technical solutions

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with large-scale data annotation and machine learning workflows
  • Knowledge in ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, or HCM domain analytics
